Installation and Setup
Our company is committed to providing professional installation services by qualified and certified technicians. The following are the installation terms and conditions:
- The installation appointment is scheduled by mutual agreement between the company and the customer, taking the technical team schedule into consideration.
- The customer must provide a stable and safe power source to operate the devices according to the specifications defined for each device.
- The customer is responsible for preparing the location before the installation appointment and removing any obstacles that may hinder installation.
- The company provides free consultation on the best camera installation locations to cover the required area effectively.

- Any additional work outside the standard installation scope, such as long-distance cable extensions or drilling work, may require additional fees agreed upon in advance.
After installation is completed, the technician will conduct a comprehensive system test in the customer’s presence to ensure that all components work correctly, and will provide a detailed explanation of how to use the system and perform basic operations.
Important Note
Installation services are subject to an initial technical assessment. There may be technical cases that prevent the system from being installed as required, in which case we will provide suitable alternatives.
Quality and Warranty
We are committed to providing high-quality products backed by a comprehensive warranty:
- All surveillance cameras and security systems come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty covers replacement or repair of the product if there is a manufacturing defect or abnormal performance under normal use.
- The installation warranty covers any issues resulting from installation for 3 months from the installation date.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, natural disasters, power fluctuations, or unauthorized maintenance.
- If a product cannot be repaired within the warranty period, it will be replaced with an equivalent or better product.
- To enforce the warranty, the original purchase invoice or order number must be provided.
We recommend keeping the original product boxes and packaging materials for the warranty period, as they may be required in case of replacement.
The warranty period can be extended by purchasing extended warranty packages, which provide additional protection for up to 3 years with extra benefits such as periodic maintenance and premium technical support.

- Notify the company immediately of any issues or faults in the system so they can be handled as soon as possible.
- Protect passwords and access data for surveillance systems and not share them with unauthorized parties.

The company is not responsible for any damages resulting from misuse of the systems or modification by unauthorized parties. Surveillance and security systems are intended to increase protection and deterrence, but they do not guarantee full prevention of crimes or incidents.
Please note that using surveillance cameras in public places or to monitor others may be subject to special laws, and the customer is responsible for complying with these laws and any legal consequences of violating them.
Return and Refund Policy
We always seek customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the product, here is our return and refund policy:
- Unused products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging with all accessories and documents.
- Products that have been installed or used cannot be returned except in the case of a clear manufacturing defect.
- If there is a product defect, we will repair it, replace it, or refund its value at our discretion.
- The return policy does not include installation, programming, or custom setup costs.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to some returned products without defects.
